    Doherty, Wallace represents several hundred businesses, from the very small to the very large, in connection with a variety of business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, sales, and recapitalizations; employment and compensation agreements; intellectual property protection; institutional financing; environmental compliance; and stockholder agreements.
