Claire L. Thompson serves as counsel to the firm. Her broad civil litigation experience includes employment, discrimination, special education and general education law. Claire is special education legal administrator to the Town of Ludlow and the City of Chicopee. She has published chapters in several texts on law school. Claire has extensive experience in all aspects of employment and discrimination law. She handled a case of "first impression" before the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts, addressing the rights of private employers to control their public image. She is frequently called upon to conduct professional development training and to speak at seminars and workshops for schools and other employers. Claire is a member of the board of directors of Girls Inc. of Holyoke.
