    		Gregory A. Schmidt

    Born Holyoke, Mass., 1948. University of Massachusetts at Amherst, magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, 1971; Western New England College School of Law, magna cum laude, 1977.

    Greg Schmidt joined the firm in 1996, after practicing law with another firm in Springfield for nineteen years. His corporate and commercial law practice encompasses substantial general representation of financial institutions, including commercial financing and secured transactions and loan restructurings and workouts, as well as real estate, leasing, general business law, and mergers and acquisitions. He is counsel for the Make a Wish Foundation of Western and Central Massachusetts and a Trustee of Westfield State College.

    He resides in South Hadley with his wife and has three children.
