    Gregory Schmidt joined the firm in 1996, after practicing law with another Springfield firm for nineteen years. His corporate, banking and commercial law practice encompasses general representation of financial institutions, including commercial financing and secured transactions, loan restructuring and workouts, regulatory compliance and corporate governance, as well as real estate and equipment leasing, general business law, and mergers and acquisitions.
