Gary Shannon joined the firm in 1973 and practicies principally in the Probate Courts of Western Massachusetts, where he specializes in estate administration, estate planning, and probate litigation, including domestic relations. He is a Public Administrator for Hampden County and is a former member of the family law council of the Massachusetts Bar Association. He presently serves as regional counsel to the Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources in connection with the Commonwealth agricultural land preservation program. He represents many local banks in foreclosure proceedings before the land court.
