    		L. Jeffrey Meehan

    Born Springfield, Mass., 1950. Bowdoin College, 1972; Suffolk University Law School, 1975.

    Jeff Meehan joined the firm in 1978, after three years of service as a criminal prosecutor in the Hampden County District Attorney's Office. Presently, his civil litigation practice encompasses the area of general liability, including personal injury, automotive torts, premises liability, product liability, liquor liability, insurance coverage interpretation, and commercial disputes. He is a counsel of choice in Western Massachusetts for both national insurers and self-insureds. Formerly a member of the board of editors of the Massachusetts Law Review, Jeff is the author of the chapter on expert witness testimony in Massachusetts Evidence: A Courtroom Reference.
