    Jeffrey Meehan joined the firm in 1978, after three years as a criminal prosecutor in the Hampden County District Attorney's Office. Presently, his civil litigation practice encompasses the areas of general liability, including personal injury, automotive torts, premises liability, product liability, liquor liability, professional negligence, insurance coverage interpretation, and commercial disputes. He is counsel of choice in Western Massachusetts for both national insurers and self-insureds. Formerly a member of the board of editors of the Massachusetts Law Review, Jeffrey wrote the chapter on expert witness testimony in Massachusetts Evidence: A Courtroom Reference. He is an author of Massachusetts Expert Witnesses and speaks on a variety of litigation topics at continuing legal education seminars. He is a fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers and a member of the International Association of Defense Counsel.
