    Associated with the firm since 1988, Paul Maleck concentrates on commercial finance and banking, commercial real estate, leasing, and municipal law. He has vast expertise in complex secured transactions, zoning, title insurance issues, and business acquisitions. He taught criminal procedure, constitutional law, and evidence at Holyoke Community College for four years. He is town counsel for the town of Russell, former chairman of the West Springfield Zoning Board of Appeals and present chairman of the West Springfield Board of License Commissioners.
