    ROSEMARY CROWLEY

    Rosemary Crowley began practicing law at the Massachusetts Department of Revenue, where she served as counsel to the Commissioner of Revenue. She represented the Commissioner before the Appellate Tax Board on sales, corporate, valuation and personal income tax issues. She gained admittance to the South Carolina Bar before returning to Massachusetts in 1999 to work on the development and trial of complex litigation matters requiring multiple attorneys at Doherty, Wallace. Her practice areas include civil litigation and state tax matters. Rosemary and David Martel of the firm are the co-editors of the Appellate Tax Board Update, an annual review of local property tax decisions.
