| Rebecca L. Bouchard
Born Caribou, Maine, 1964. Dartmouth College, 1987; Harvard University, Ed. M., 1992; Western New England College School of Law, Cum Laude, Member Western New England Law Review, 2003.Becky Bouchard joined the firm in 2006, after practicing law in the Hartford, Connecticut office of a large national law firm. As an associate in the firm’s litigation area, she concentrates her practice in education and employment law as well as other civil litigation matters. Ms. Bouchard represents clients in a variety of forums, from state and federal courts to hearings before administrative agencies. Ms. Bouchard is admitted to the bar in Massachusetts and Connecticut and admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Districts of Massachusetts and Connecticut. She is also is involved in various professional organizations. She is a member of the Massachusetts, Connecticut, Hampden County and American Bar Associations. In addition, she is a member of the National School Board Association’s Council of School Attorneys and the Massachusetts Council of School Attorneys. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Bouchard enjoyed a career as a high school teacher, coach and administrator. She volunteers her time advocating for the rights of children who are victims of abuse, abandonment and neglect by providing them with pro bono legal representation. She has lived in Western Massachusetts since 1992 and currently resides in Hatfield.
