The firm's representation includes commercial, residential, and industrial developments and covers all areas of real estate practice, including the negotiation of financing terms and the preparation and review of loan documents; the negotiation and drafting of land acquisition agreements, construction agreements, and leases; land-use planning; and advice on zoning, conservation, and environmental issues. The firm also provides expert, timely counsel for individuals buying, selling, or refinancing a home or acquiring an investment property.
